Returns and Exchanges

All items are printed after the sale deadline (as given by your organization). There are no shipping options available as the items will be distributed by your organization. Please allow 3-4 weeks from the close date for orders to be completed.

All items are custom and therefore there are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. For any sizing questions please call or email us.

Refunds will be given within 10 days with receipt for items bought in store. From the 11th to 20th day store credit will be given for any in store purchase without a receipt as long as merchandise is in good selling condition & all tags are on items.

*All CUSTOM orders are non-returnable.

Any returned checks will be charged an additional $20.00 for all bank fees.

All items are CUSTOM and therefore NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES may be made.
